If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should not purchase or use the Services. ### 2. **Services Provided** Accepted Admission LLC provides the following Services: Virtual Tutoring By purchasing our Services, you are entering into a contract for the specific Service you have selected. ### 3. **Non-Refundable Policy** All payments for Services are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is made, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Service, change of mind, or failure to use the Service. ### 4. **Payment Terms** - **Pricing**: The price for the Services is clearly stated at the time of purchase. All fees are in USD. - **Payment Methods**: We accept payments through credit card. - **Payment Authorization**: By submitting payment, you authorize Accepted Admissions LLC to charge your payment method for the total amount due. ### 5. **Service Availability** While we strive to provide consistent, uninterrupted Services, we do not guarantee the availability or continuous accessibility of the Services. We may temporarily suspend or discontinue the Service at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues. ### 6. **Customer Responsibilities** You agree to: - Provide accurate, complete, and current information when purchasing the Service. - Use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. - Be responsible for any equipment, software, or other resources necessary to access or use the Service. ### 7. **Limitation of Liability** To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accepted Admissions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service. ### 8. **Intellectual Property** All content, materials, and intellectual property are provided as part of the Service.
